The National Muwanthai Association of Nepal has honored Suraj Karki, the president of its UK Contact Forum.
Association president Ganesh Lal Kashpati and players honored Karki at the training hall of the National Sports Council (Rakhep) in Tripureshwar.
After being honored, former Kyokushin karate player and coach Karki said – ‘Thank you for the honor. You (players) should train diligently. Success will surely come. Sports is an important part not only for winning medals but also for improving physical fitness and self-strength.
President Kashpati said that Karki has made a special contribution to the development of Muwanthai as well as Kyokushin Karate.
